William Kendall
Litigation Attorney in Dallas & Houston, Texas
Bill Kendall has represented insureds for more than 15 years in the area of insurance law. He has focused his practice on helping residential and commercial policyholders who have disputes with their insurance companies. He also advises and represents clients involved in construction defect litigation. As a Plaintiff’s attorney, Mr. Kendall has successfully advocated on behalf of individuals and businesses in a wide variety of property insurance disputes in federal and state courts throughout Texas. Mr. Kendall is licensed to practice law in Texas, Oklahoma and Florida and has worked on behalf of policyholders in these and various, other states across the country.
Early in his legal career, Mr. Kendall worked in Buenos Aires, Argentina as a foreign attorney at two prominent international law firms whose practice areas focused on international business matters, including capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. More recently, he has litigated first-party property insurance disputes on behalf of policyholders against their insurance carriers following Hurricanes Ike (Texas) and Wilma (Florida).
Mr. Kendall lives with his wife and two children in Dallas, Texas.
